Use the order tracker first, then contact Discord support if the order needs help.

Before contacting support

Open Track order and check the payment reference. Keep the reference, PayPal transaction ID, and the Gamblit username available.

Discord support

Join the BGLShop Discord at discord.gg/PBjJbVvBTa and include your BGL payment reference. Never send PayPal passwords, Discord passwords, or account recovery codes.

Response and delivery time

Payments are checked and BGL tips are delivered manually. Response and delivery time can vary, especially when support is offline or an order needs review. The payment reference is required for a reliable review.
