Refund policy

Before a BGL tip

If a payment cannot be matched to an unused payment reference and exact order amount, contact support with the payment reference and PayPal transaction ID. The payment will be reviewed manually.

After a BGL tip

After a BGL tip has been sent to the Gamblit username entered on the order, the order is complete. Incorrect recipient details or payments sent with the wrong amount cannot be guaranteed for refund or redelivery.

Review process

Every refund or redelivery request is reviewed against the order reference, PayPal transaction, and recorded Gamblit tip reference. BGLSHOP.COM may decline a request where the payment or recipient details cannot be verified.
