Privacy notice

This notice describes the limited information used to process and support an order.

Order information

BGLSHOP.COM stores the Gamblit username, buyer email address, BGL amount, payment reference, payment status, delivery status, and related transaction references needed to review an order and send requested receipts. The buyer email is not shown in the public order tracker.

Discord accounts

If Discord sign-in is enabled and used, BGLSHOP.COM stores the Discord ID and public account name to link eligible verified orders to reward progress. Discord passwords are never received or stored.

Support

Support conversations may be used to resolve the referenced order. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or unnecessary sensitive personal information to support.
